Job Njoroge is the Managing Director and lead Consultant of Gratitude Consultants. He is also the Managing Partner of JNN CPA Ltd. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Rwanda (ICPAK and ICPAR) with over fifteen years experience in financial management and internal control in private and public sector.  Job is currently serving as a member of the Disciplinary Commission of ICPAR. Prior to going into fulltime consulting, Job worked as Senior Manager with RUMA CPA Rwanda. He has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance and Performance improvement divisions in East Africa. He has also worked for Bata Shoe Company (K) ltd as head of internal control. He holds an Upper Second Class Bachelor of Commerce (Management Science) Degree and is currently pursuing part 2 of Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management). Job has served several clients including Government of Kenya, Government of Rwanda, Government of Burundi, Office of the Auditor General Rwanda, BPR Bank Rwanda, Rwanda Bankers Association, UNDP, UNICEF, WFP, UNHCR, UNFPA, UNOPS, SIDA, Danida, EU, ASARECA, East Africa Community, World Bank, ADB, USAID, Save the Children, Kenya Roads Board, Kenya Water and Sanitation Programme (KWSP), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Media Systems Group, Broadband Systems Corporation,  among others. When not consulting, Job serves as a dedicated Children Ministry worker with passion.
